| Description: | An opportunity for older scouts to earn merit badges at camp towards their Eagle Scout award. Radio merit badge will also be taught for scouts who will be looking to engage in a QSO with amateurs on-the-air as a requirement. AC8FJ & W8MKB will be operating the K2BSA/8 special event station on the specified frequencies and others in a cabin during the week. As time allows, we will be transmitting with the scouters. |
